Returns, exchanges and made-to-measure policy

This policy applies to all purchases and custom orders made through our website and official channels.
1. Made-to-order and made-to-measure garments
All our garments are made exclusively to order. Some products can be made-to-measure or customized according to customer requests.
Returns and refunds
- Made-to-measure garments and customized garments (including fit modifications, patches, prints, embroidery, special workings or bespoke details) are not subject to return, exchange or refund.
- The only exception concerns manufacturing or production defects, to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos or video.
- Slight variations typical of artisanal production are not considered defects.
In case of confirmed defect, we reserve the right to offer:
- Garment repair, or
- Replacement, or
- Refund.
2. Standard sizes and non-customized products
Return policy
Return is allowed only for:
- Garments purchased in standard size (e.g., S, M, L) without customizations
- Standard non-customized accessories
Conditions:
- Return request within 14 days of delivery
- Product not used
- Original labels and packaging intact
In case of valid withdrawal, the refund will be made once the garment is received and verified or proof of return is provided, within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. Normally, the refund occurs within 5-10 business days. The refund is made to the original payment method.
Returns are free, in Italy and abroad.
3. Post-purchase customizations
If a customer purchases a garment in standard size and, after delivery, requests:
- Made-to-measure adjustments, or
- Addition of patches, prints, embroidery or workings
The following conditions apply:
- Fixed customization cost: €29.90
- Shipping costs at customer's expense:
- From customer to us
- From us to customer after customization
Once customized, the garment becomes a customized product and is no longer subject to return or refund.
4. Shipping responsibility
- Shipping from us to customer: in case of loss or damage, the responsibility is ours, even if attributable to the carrier.
- Shipping from customer to us (returns or customizations): in case of loss or damage, the responsibility is entirely the customer's, who will have to compensate the total value of the garment.
We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipments.
By making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms of this policy.
