We ship orders directly from our workshop with care and tracking. Below you'll find average delivery times, costs, and useful information.

Production Time

Up to 7 business days.

Delivery Times

Italy: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–7 business days

Non-EU countries: 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return following the guidelines below. For full details, please refer to the Returns, Exchanges & Made-to-Measure Policy.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

Valid only for standard, non-customized sizes. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Return Costs

Returns are free, both in Italy and internationally.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Made-to-Measure Products

Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions

Personalized products (custom sizing, embroidery, patches, prints, or other specific modifications) are not eligible for return.

Where can I check the status of my order?

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking link.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will evaluate your request.
