Growstyled

1. Purpose

These conditions govern purchases made through the Growstyled website and official channels.

2. Made-to-order production

Each product is made only after order confirmation. Production times vary based on the garment and workload and may take up to 7 business days.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are indicated in euros and may include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, and available methods are shown at checkout.

The total order price, including taxes and any shipping costs, is clearly indicated before purchase confirmation.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free.

Delivery times include product production time and, once shipped, 2-5 business days for delivery.

5. Returns and exchanges

The returns and exchanges policy is governed by the Returns, Exchanges and Made-to-Measure Policy.

7. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Italian law.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide reasons, except in cases of exclusion provided by law.

Withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure or customized garments according to customer requests.

To exercise withdrawal, send us an explicit communication via email to growstyled@gmail.com or PEC lorenzoambrogioni@pec.it indicating order number and customer data.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, intact and in the conditions indicated in the Returns, Exchanges and Made-to-Measure Policy. Returns are free, in Italy and abroad.

In case of valid withdrawal, we will refund payments received, including standard delivery costs (if any), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until proof of return is provided.

9. Legal warranty of conformity

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months from delivery. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity, to a price reduction or to contract termination in cases provided by law.

10. Complaints

Any complaints can be sent to growstyled@gmail.com or via PEC to lorenzoambrogioni@pec.it. We respond within reasonable times and in any case within 14 business days.

11. Contract conclusion methods

To complete the purchase, the user selects the products, adds them to the cart and proceeds to checkout by entering the required data. Before sending the order, a summary is shown with the total price and the user can correct any errors.

The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent via email. The order and applicable conditions are stored in our systems and can be requested via email at growstyled@gmail.com.

The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.

12. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

We currently do not participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures or ODR platforms. For any complaints, you can contact us at the indicated contacts and we will attempt an amicable solution.
